Our approach

From first call to written advice

A service-model page for how Foxmere runs regulated consultations — the same sequence whether you enquire about retirement income or a portfolio review.

01

Discovery call

A short conversation to confirm your question fits our authorisations and capacity. We will say early if you need a mortgage specialist, later-life lender, or solicitor instead of — or alongside — investment advice.

02

Document list & fee letter

You receive a fee proposal and a checklist: pension statements, ISA valuations, mortgage balances, and a month of typical spending. Work does not start until the fee letter is accepted.

03

Fact-find meeting

In Wunsch-upon-Jacobi or by video, we walk through goals, dependents, health considerations that affect planning horizons, and how you have reacted to past market falls.

04

Analysis

We model cash-flow, charges, and wrapper choices. For retirement cases this includes drawdown sequencing; for directors it includes contribution levels against company cash buffers.

05

Recommendations & follow-up

You receive a written advice letter. A follow-up meeting sits inside flagship retirement engagements within ninety days. Implementation with providers is guided, not rushed.

What to bring to your first meeting

  • Latest pension and ISA statements
  • P60 or recent payslips
  • Outline of essential monthly outgoings
  • Details of life cover or income protection already held
